Every service delivery center requires an onsite team to oversee the well-being of the building itself—and just about everything in it. Our facilities professionals manage the factors that affect the physical components of our service delivery centers, from facility cleaning and repair to site safety and security. In addition, they ensure that all necessary steps are taken to protect the health and well-being of all employees, from providing proper lighting in work areas to properly disinfecting public facilities. Similar to a landlord, these specialists handle plumbing issues, minor electrical needs, furniture installation, employee health issues, and preventative and ongoing maintenance concerns. In addition, they work with other professionals within the service delivery center to ensure that any special requirements to support specific projects or initiatives are also met.
