HirePoint.com is the recruiting website where you can explore all open positions at TeleTech.
- What is TeleTech@Home?
TeleTech@Home is a dispersed workforce that is composed of associates working from their homes in select locations worldwide. Using TeleTech’s proprietary technology, these associates are able to securely access applications that are hosted at a remote location in order to support and assist customers with a variety of needs as well as address various back-office functions. - Do you provide opportunities to allow employees to work from home?
Yes! We have a program called TeleTech@Home. It's very similar to what you would find at one of our service delivery centers, however you would be working from the comfort of your house. Please, follow this link www.HirePoint.com/athome to find out more!
- Does TeleTech offer Part-Time (PT) and Full-Time (FT) employment?
We do offer PT and FT positions; however, the availability of these options depends on the position, location, and client. Be sure to ask about these options when applying for a particular career opportunity at TeleTech.

- What happens after I submit my application?
You will join the group of applicants considered for that position. In addition, your resume will be added to the larger pool of candidates that are made available to all TeleTech recruiters. For assistance or to check your application status, click on the "Live Help" icon.
*Please, put *@TeleTech.com on your "safe list" in the email account you use to apply. This will guarantee our emails will reach you and not end up in your junk email folder. - Did you receive my resume/application?
Once you have completed your profile and saved your information, your application and resume will automatically be submitted into our system. You will receive an email notification confirming that they've been received, so check your messages frequently. Your information will then be available to recruiters within TeleTech that are currently seeking to fill all positions within the company.
- How do I find career fairs and events you have going on?
Please, check our Events pages to find global events or look at the Events section on your country's home page to find what we have going on in your area.
- What if I don't have an email account?
You will need to create an email account to take advantage of the tools on HirePoint.com. If you don't have an email address, you can sign up for a free account with Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.
- Why do I have to answer assessment questions?
We need to know a bit more about you to know if you are a good fit for certain positions.
- What is MatchPoint Fit?
MatchPoint Fit Assessment is a personality test available at HirePoint.com that evaluates the following important aspects: achievement, dependability, resilience, inquisitiveness, energy, and agreeableness. This tool helps ensure that an applicant possesses the interpersonal qualities necessary to fit well in TeleTech's operating environment.
- Can I apply in your office instead of online?
You're welcome to come into any of our centers to apply for a specific position. However, we strongly encourage you to apply online so that we can directly document your application in our system and create a record in our database.
- Will I hear back from a recruiter?
We wish our recruiters were able to follow up personally with each applicant. However, due to the large number of applications we receive, they're only able to contact individuals who are selected as candidates for specific positions.

Training
- What kind of training will I receive?
Your training will be determined by your new position. All associate positions will include specific training to prepare you for the requirements of the job. In addition, all employees have access to TeleTech University, our exclusive virtual campus.

- What is the pay rate?
Because we operate in multiple countries and offer hundreds of different opportunities, we're unable to give specific details about compensation for any open position. This information is normally provided in the job offer or at contract signing.

- What if I forgot my HirePoint username?
Go to Apply Now. Search for the position you applied for with TeleTech, select it and then select “Forgot your Username.” Type in the email account you used when you applied and select the “Validate” button. Your username will appear on the screen.
- What if I forgot my HirePoint password?
Go to Apply Now. Search for the position you applied for with TeleTech, select it and then select “Forgot your Password.” Type in the username and email account you used when you applied and select the “OK” button. Your password will be sent to your email account.
- My question wasn't answered, who can I contact?
You can either click on Live Help (our 24/7 HirePoint.com support service) or visit our Contact Us page.
