Language Readiness

Before our service delivery center associates initiate a single conversation with customers, our language readiness professionals make sure their speech and language skills are up to par.  Based on the needs of our clients and the international scope and scale of their business process outsourcing programs, these professionals will identify and provide specific training to ensure that associates are prepared to effectively communicate via multiple media forums with customers in different regions, countries, and cultures.  Performance is continually assessed and evaluated by our Language Readiness team through side-by-side and remote monitoring to ensure the best results for each and every client.
