Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 
· Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via the live chat program.
· Maintain up to date, comprehensive, product, services, and product knowledge.
· Profiling and probing end-user customer for possible sales opportunities.
· Required to maintain minimum level of performance in these areas: Typing 35 wpm with 80% accuracy.

· 6 months experience required (Retail sales applies)
· Preferred experience in B2B communication
· Must be able to type minimum 30 wpm with 80% accuracy
· Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
· Ability to communicate via online chat in a professional manner.
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
· College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
· Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems preferred.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Internet browsers preferred.
