TeleTech is seeking an experienced Real Estate and Facilities Senior Administrator to join our Enterprise Services team at our Global Corporate Headquarters, based in Denver, Colorado.


What you’ll be doing: 

The Real Estate and Facilities Senior Administrator will manage lease agreements and assist in lease negotiation, support market research diligence, and process payments.  The administrator will provide analytical expertise to the real estate team and must be familiar with lease terms and language.

What you’ll bring to us:

·        Create and lead practices/procedures to ensure accurate and timely landlord payments

·        Lead and reconcile rent payments resolving any outstanding debits or credits on accounts globally

·        Promote and maintain working relationships with landlords on lease administrative requirements

·        Manage, create, and maintain real estate documents in an organized manner

·        Provide support to the real estate team for special projects i.e. check requests, make good/surrender requirements

·        Provide real estate documents in an organized and timely manner to lease administrator and finance team

·        Provide support to finance and accounting department on rent payments, budgeting/coding requirements and research questions


What skills you’ll need:

·        Global knowledge and skills to abstract data and create specialized real estate reports

·        In depth experience and knowledge of accounting/finance as it relates to real estate

·        Background in managing real estate documents to meet internal company controls

·        Coordination experience in lease administration >$3M monthly

·        Ability to work independently and problem solve
