Senior Manager, Security Compliance
TeleTech is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Security Compliance to join our Customer Care team. 
The Senior Manager, Security Compliance is responsible for developing continuous improvement programs for Operations that minimize fraud activity and maximize revenue recovery for the client.
What you’ll be doing: 
The Senior Manager, Security Compliance will work closely and in strong partnership with various business lines, Corporate Compliance colleagues, the Legal Department, and other risk disciplines to implement and refine control points.
What you’ll bring to us:
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Resolving potential fraud matters and staying abreast of emerging risks and recommending adjustments
  • Staying abreast of emerging risks and recommending adjustment
  • Leading operations reviews to ensure implementation of operational improvements
  • Working closely with the operations department and investigating any issues as needed
  • Designs, develops and implements corporate operational processes in all areas of risk management.
  • Influencing clients to improve systems and processes
  • Interfacing with law enforcement for the purpose of prosecution as necessary
  • Must be able to handle sensitive confidential data with the highest of integrity
What skills you’ll need:
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management
  • CPA certification strongly preferred
  • Call center management experience or equivalent
  • Experience in current core procedures and processes
  • Strong project management capabilities including planning, managing and scheduling.
  • Excellent organization skills and able to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills to include communications, presentation and conflict resolution skills
  • Time management skills
  • Experience in a Windows NT environment as well as various software applications including MS Office Suite and MS Project
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
