ECCE Investigator

TeleTech is seeking for a season ECCE Investigator to join our Compliance and Fraud Team.


What you’ll be doing: 

The Compliance Lead oversees the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures the management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of the client, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s Standards of Conduct. Compliance Lead exists: o As a channel of communication to receive and direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution, and o As a final internal resource with which concerned parties may communicate after other formal channels and resources have been exhausted.


 What you’ll bring to us:

·         Conduct and document effective, thorough and objective investigations of employee relations issues, health and safety issues (including Workers’ Compensation matters), and fraud.  Work with HR Connect to escalate and de-escalate matters as appropriate.

·         Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR Business Partners and HR Connect to develop solutions, programs and policies.  Update and deliver awareness programs that promote desired behavior.

·         Audit and Quality Check, Process Improvement and Implementation background

·         Knowledge of generic compliance, risk management disciplines and practices

·         Able to interact effectively with all internal departments and clients, representing TeleTech in a professional manner 


What skills you’ll need:

·         BA/BS required

·         PHR, SPHR and/or graduate degree preferred

·         Advanced Frech or Portuguese skills

·         At least 2 years experience in Compliance, Risk and Policy Implementation

·         At least 2 years experience in Client Contract and SOW Process management

·         Very high level of attention to detail

·         Meticulous business writing skills

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Presentation / demonstration skills
