Human Capital Services Specialist
 
TeleTech is seeking a Human Capital Services Specialist to join our Human Capital Services team at our Regional Operating Headquarters, based in Novaliches, Philippines.
 
What you’ll be doing: 
 
Human Capital Services Specialist Provides value added services to the TeleTech client base through the generation and analysis of Human Capital data.  Main functions include reporting, data calibration & analysis, process improvement and support to report development.
 
What you’ll bring to us:
  • Analytical ability to decipher statistical performance reports
  • Maintain reports that enable the management of continuous performance improvement and operational excellence onsite
  • Support departmental improvements i.e. tools, templates, processes
  • Support ongoing process improvement training and implementation
What skills you’ll need:
  • With skills in MS Macro and automated reports troubleshooting
  • Business writing ability
  • 2 or more years of experience in the similar field in a senior level within a service driven or high tech corporation
