THE ROLE:

 

We are looking for customer advocates for an Australian-based online travel company. Your role as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to support travel-related requests and concerns from our customers. You take the lead in providing the best possible customer service experience while keeping the company’s business needs in perspective. Your interactions will be over live chat/different forms of chat media


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


·         Provide chat support service to customers

·         Assist on booking changes, exchanges and payment options

·         Help customers understand or interpret fare rules

·         Take action on booking related escalations and other concerns

·         Recommend and provide relevant solutions or options

·         Going the extra mile to resolve customer queries and deliver what matters to the customer on the first interaction.

·         Put customer satisfaction on top priority

·         Work as part of a larger team to create a continuous improvement culture.

·         Integrate key learning into operations to help support customer advocacy.

·         Strictly follow company guidelines, procedures and policies



WEBJET CHAT SALES

THE ROLE:

 

We are looking for sales champions for an Australian-based online travel company. Your role as an Inbound Sales Representative (ISR) is to create favorable first impressions. Every point of customer contact is a potential sale. You are expected to respond to live chats about booking enquiries, explain products, and sell new products, all while strengthening our relationship with our customer. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Perform sales services according to company and client requirement

·         Process customer bookings and packages through chat and other similar channels

·         Recommend promotions and packages

·         Inform customer of deals and promotions

·         Help customers understand or interpret fare rules

·         Provide relevant options that fits customer need

·         Going the extra mile to resolve customer queries and deliver what matters to the customer on the first interaction.

·         Put customer satisfaction on top priority

·         Work as part of a larger team to create a continuous improvement culture.

·         Integrate key learning into operations to help support customer advocacy.

THE ROLE:

QUALIFICATIONS:


·         Proficient in conversational and written English.

·         Able to convey information effectively through chat or similar channels.

·         Preferably with Chat Support Experience

·         Completed at least one (1) semester in College. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
