We are currently searching for a high caliber and accountable Account Development/Inside Sales Specialist.  As an integral part of the sales cycle and you will support and work cross functionally with the CTS Cisco direct sales, sales leadership, and product management and product engineering teams.   In this role you will create, deliver and communicate demo content to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally.  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate new sales activity through lead generation

  • Nurture and follow up on warm leads to secure meetings (SQLs) for assigned Sales Executive

  • Effectively collaborate with assigned Sales Executives to ensure alignment in strategy and goals to maximize opportunities and sales activity

  • Successfully identify, qualify and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s and monthly quota of SQLs and SALs

  • Track and manage meetings and opportunities in CRM following standard internal sales processes

  • Be the subject matter expert on all solution and product offerings


Skills and experience you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience with complex SaaS technology products, services and solutions

  •  A proven track record successfully targeting senior level VP and above executives

  • Good knowledge of Cisco products, services and solutions

  • 2+ years of experience using CRM for tracking and managing meetings and opportunities

  • Ability to articulate company value proposition

  • Strong knowledge of competitive, vertical and industry trends
