Six Sigma Project in Kalispell, Montana, U.S.
TeleTech’s service delivery center in Kalispell, Montana, U.S. started using 400 fewer trash bags each day as a result of one employee’s Six Sigma project. Instead of using individual trash cans at each work station, employees began using “regional” trash cans. This created a new “best practice” that is being replicated at almost all TeleTech locations throughout the United States.
